Your home services marketplace dashboard for managing your profile, services, portfolio, and client inquiries.
The Service Provider role is for contractors, cleaners, handymen, and specialists who offer property-related services to landlords, property managers, and homeowners on estateTT. Your services appear in the public marketplace where property owners can discover and contact you directly.
When you log in, you land on your Dashboard. Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between sections.
Follow these steps to get your Service Provider account set up and ready to receive client inquiries.
Navigate to the estateTT sign-up page and select "Service Provider" as your role. Enter your email address, create a password, and provide your basic information. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
After logging in, navigate to Edit Profile to add your company name, category, location, and contact details. A complete profile with a logo, description, and photos significantly increases the number of inquiries you receive.
Navigate to My Services to add the specific jobs you can do. Add new services with name, description, and price (if fixed pricing). Services you list here are shown on your public marketplace profile.
Navigate to Settings > Payment Preferences to connect Stripe or Payoneer to receive payments directly. This ensures you can receive payments from clients without delays.
Your public profile is automatically created and visible in the marketplace. Property owners can now discover your services and contact you directly.

Dashboard is your home screen showing key metrics at a glance: Profile views (how many times your profile has been viewed), Total inquiries (messages from interested property owners), Reviews (ratings you have received from past clients), and Active services (services you currently have listed).

Marketplace is where you browse the public marketplace where property owners discover service providers: See how your profile appears to potential clients, Browse other providers for competitive reference, and Your profile is automatically listed based on your services and location.

My Services is where you list the specific jobs you can do: Add new services with name, description, and price (if fixed pricing), Edit or remove existing services, and Services you list here are shown on your public marketplace profile.
To add a service:

Portfolio is where you showcase your completed work with photos: Upload photos of completed projects, Add captions for each photo, and Good portfolio photos significantly increase the number of inquiries you receive.

Messages is where you respond to inquiries from property owners: View conversations from interested clients, Type your reply and click Send, and Use Quick Reply for fast pre-written responses.
Responding promptly to inquiries builds trust and increases your chances of winning the job.

Edit Profile is where you build your public marketplace presence. A complete profile is shown as a checklist as you fill it in: Company name and contact details, Category (the type of service you offer, e.g., plumbing, electrical, cleaning, painting), Location and service areas (the areas where you operate), Phone, email, and website, Logo and cover image (upload photos to make your profile stand out), License number (if applicable), Years of experience, and Description (tell clients what you do and what makes you different).
Tip: Profiles with logos, photos, and complete descriptions get significantly more inquiries than those with minimal information.

Define service areas — set the areas where you operate. This helps clients know if you serve their location.
Upload visuals — upload logo and cover image to make your profile stand out. This helps your profile attract more attention.
Add credentials — add license number (if applicable) and years of experience. This builds trust with clients.
Write description — tell clients what you do and what makes you different. This helps you stand out from competitors.

Settings is where you manage your account: Profile (edit your company details), Payment Preferences (connect Stripe or Payoneer to receive payments from clients directly), Security (change your password), and Notifications (configure alerts for new messages and inquiries).

No profile views: Make sure your profile is complete and you have at least one service listed. Profiles with logos and photos get significantly more views than empty ones.
Not receiving messages: Check that your notification settings are turned on. Make sure your email address is confirmed in the system.
Payment not received: estateTT does not process payments between providers and clients. Make sure your Stripe or Payoneer account is correctly set up and that you have shared your payment details directly with the client.
